Free stuff is never to be sniffed at, especially if you're travelling on a tight budget. So hop along to the Estonian Artists’ Association’s Hop Gallery, for a spot fee-free cultural enhancement while you are in Tallinn. The gallery was founded in 2006, and is devoted to applied arts and design. Coupled with its not for profit ethos, this makes it unique in Estonia. It regularly features the work of Estonian designers, as well as those from abroad - both supporting up and coming artists and helping them showcase and develop their talents. Free entry, Tuesdays to Thursdays, 11am to 6pm.
