Club Parlament

|
Three floors of writhing, wiggling, solarium-patronising, bleached blonde college freshmen in skin-tight outfits make Parlament an immensely popular club. Expect a fair share of bubblegum pop tunes, as most of the crowd here is chewing some. The epileptic lighting has the slightly psychedelic effect of creating a sea of interchangeable beauties glimpsed only for a moment - better grab a hold of one for focus. Parlament also hosts live music and numerous events, including the popular Miss Tallinn competition. Ladies (and little girls) get in free until 23:00. Guys pay 75-100kr. Closed Mon, Tues, Sun. |
