G-Punkt

|
Neatly tucked in an alley off Parnu mnt. (entrance is actually from Tatari street) outside the centre of Tallinn, G-Punkt's lack of signage suggests the secrecy of old communist-era gay bars. Though a lot has changed since then, G-Punkt - like most of Tallinn's gay culture clubs - continues to keep a low profile. Find it, however, and inside you'll discover a cosy, somewhat divey interior with a relaxed atmosphere favored by locals. The tiny dancefloor stays sweaty until late on weekends. The biggest parties are Wednesday, Friday and Saturday and they've recently abolished their weekend cover charge, meaning more 'bang' for your buck. |
