Entry to Sigari Maja - the Cigar House - is strictly limited to over-21s. You might also like to dress up a bit before you pop by to sample the wares, as it's exactly the kind of lounge that you might find James Bond in and you won't want to feel out of place. That said, they are a friendly bunch and there is no shortage of fabulous experiences to be sampled - either via a flame and a tobacco-stuffed leaf or glass in front of an open fire. You might even bump into one of Estonian's rich 'n' influential crowd while you're there.
