L'arancia

|
As far as hotel restaurants go, this one (located in the Savoy Boutique Hotel) breaks the mold a bit, going out of its way with a more creatively artistic, attractive interior where clients won't mind settling in for awhile. Meaning 'orange' in Italian, paintings by the Italian masters line the walls of L'arancia, miniature orange trees line the windowsills, and the citrus fruit factors heavily into the Mediterranean menu. Expect tasty soups ('Champagne and orange soup with giant shrimp, seasoned with truffle oil'), pastas, mains ('Roasted Dorada, flavoured with olive oil, served with crayfish cream and endives glazed with orange syrup') and fruity desserts. |
