MOON [mo:n] is a project what was started by three professional persons head chef Roman Zaštšerinski, head chef Igor Andrejev and food and beverage manager Jana Zaštšerinski. To open our own place this was our big dream and wish of heart for a long time.
Now as the right time has come for us and we have found a
wonderful place in centre of Tallinn where to make all our dreams come true. MOON is the place where we can share our dream with you!
