What was once a Commie-style milk bar dishing up Russian fare to budding Soviets, is now one of the trendiest cafe-restaurants in Tallinn. That's progress for you! Instead of taking your tray to the canteen to be dished up cabbage soup by a scary middle-aged matron, pretty young things flit around the tables to take your orders. On the ground floor there's a relaxed cafe vibe; upstairs you'll find a crisp, minamalist-decorated restaurant serving a range of cuisines with a Mediterranean bias. Moskva turns into a club at night.
