Perhaps, you've already begun to notice, but the Tallinn skyline will soon be changing. A 238-room, 30-story goliath, Swissotel Tallinn is oh-so-conveniently located between Tartu and Ravala streets; a ten-minute walk from the still-largely unblemished Old Town, fifteen minutes from the airport, ten from the harbour and fifteen from the train station.
