Merchant's House Hotel

|
Pricelessly located right in the heart of the Old Town, this funky boutique hotel has been built into two medieval merchant houses from the 14th and 16th Century. These ancient tenements lend the hotel oodles of character, with winding corridors, courtyards, gardens and wooden beams being the order of the day. By contrast the rooms themselves are predominantly decorated in a modern style, with lots of stylish fitting and toys to play with - the latter including 20inch flatscreen TVs. When you get bored of flicking channels you can let off steam in the sauna, get your bikini line done in the salon or check out the ultra-cool 'Ice bar' - where you can drink vodka from a shot glass made of ice... Nice! |

Enjoyed a great stay at the Merchant's House, not so long back. They really look after you, and unlike some exclusive hotels the Merchant';s House really has charisma and personality. Location is top notch too. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone
